Bannow/Rathangan Agricultural Show

The Show embodies all that is good in rural Ireland. It is a day out for all the family, a time to meet old friends and make new friends. Put the date in your diary and come along to see our show. There are attractions to suit everyone. It's on this year in Killag on the 11th July.

Killinick Harriers Hunt

Mission
Hunting foxes off the land. Many people like the sport of watching the hounds at work or the thrill of riding across the country. But also it is a great way of bringing on young horses to eventually be sold for business. For others it is a social event to have a drink and a chat with friends.
Company Overview
The hunt has over 100 members and engages in many activities to develop the skills and interests of all hunters. The St. Stephen's Day hunt is the most popular meet of the year. There are two Point-to-Point events, an annual steeple chase and a hunt ball in January.
Hunting days are Monday and Thursday in the season.
The uniform of the hunt is green coat with yellow collar.
